CareCircle should be easy to understand. These answers explain the service without hiding limits in fine print.

Is CareCircle home healthcare?
No. CareCircle provides scheduled non-medical visits and practical support. It does not provide personal care, medication administration, diagnosis, treatment, skilled nursing, or medical monitoring.
Does CareCircle respond to emergencies?
No. CareCircle is not an emergency monitoring or response service. Call 911 for an emergency.
Are visits or errands unlimited?
No. Every membership and add-on has clear time, frequency, scheduling, and geographic limits.
What happens after a visit?
An authorized family contact receives a plain-language update covering agreed tasks, general non-medical observations, follow-up items, and the next visit when scheduled.
What does the assessment cost?
The Family Support Assessment costs $95. It may be credited toward the first month if membership begins within seven days.
Where does CareCircle serve?
The initial core areas are Davenport, ChampionsGate, Haines City, and Ridgewood Lakes. Other locations may require designated route days or an out-of-zone charge.
Do unused services roll over?
Not automatically. Any rollover policy must be explicitly included in the membership terms.
Are purchases included?
No. Groceries, household items, vendor charges, tickets, parking, and other third-party costs are separate.
Can CareCircle pick up prescriptions?
CareCircle may provide sealed pharmacy pickup where legally appropriate, but does not organize, manage, open, or administer medication.
Can CareCircle provide transportation?
Transportation availability remains limited and depends on final insurance and operating requirements. Appointment accompaniment and waiting time are priced separately.
