What no plan includes
No membership includes unlimited visits, transportation, errands, waiting time, concierge hours, emergency response, personal care, or medical services. Purchases and third-party costs are always separate.

Every member gets a referral code. When a referred family starts its first membership month, $50 is credited to each family’s next invoice.
