Service boundaries

CareCircle provides practical, scheduled support. It does not provide skilled nursing, personal care, medication administration, medical monitoring, or emergency response.

Assessment and payment

The Family Support Assessment costs $95. Any membership credit, refund, or rescheduling follows the written policy presented when the assessment is confirmed.

Membership pricing and approval

Memberships bill monthly in advance. Additional services, waiting, travel, purchases, and third-party costs require approval and may be billed separately. Unused services do not automatically roll over.

Scheduling and geography

Services depend on availability, route days, service-area limits, and cancellation rules. The website does not promise immediate or 24/7 response.

For an emergency, call 911. Do not use CareCircle booking or contact tools for urgent help.
