Data minimization

CareCircle collects only the information reasonably needed to assess, schedule, deliver, bill for, and communicate about its services.

Information categories

• Family and client contact information
• Service address and scheduling preferences
• Authorized contacts and communication preferences
• Service requests, visit updates, and payment records

Website analytics

When configured, CareCircle uses PostHog for page analytics, heatmaps, session replay, and client-side error tracking. Assessment forms and their contents are blocked from replay, and all form inputs are masked. PostHog may still receive technical details such as page URL, browser type, approximate location, clicks, and error information.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel. CareCircle may use Resend for transactional email, Stripe for payments, and PostHog for website analytics. Card details are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by this website.
